Placing an Order

You may place an order online, by phone, or by setting a personal appointment. Please check orders carefully before submitting your order.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Our goal is to provide quality service and merchandise.

Our goal is to do our best to satisfy every customer every time. Orders will be processed within 24 hours. You must submit your cancellation in writing within 24 hours from the time order has been placed to receive 100% refund.

Please inspect items within 48 hours from the time you have received it. We must be contacted within 48 hours if any of the items are damaged.

If there was an error on OUR part, we will replace it immediately.

We DO NOT accept returns on the following items unless it is our error:

  • Invitations/announcements
  • Printed items
  • Personalized items
  • Martyika
  • Lambades

Merchandise that is returned has to be in its original condition, with tags attached to merchandise, and original box. Merchandise may be returned and/or exchanged within 20 days of receiving the merchandise.

All clothing (including Baptismal clothing) need to be returned with original tags attached to the outfits.

To receive store credit or to exchange an item, we must first receive the returned item back in good condition and original box. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost back to us for a return unless it is our error. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless it is our error.

After 20 days items are not returnable.

Shipping

We ship most of our orders via UPS (standard ground delivery). All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
